Fraud warning

Please be careful.

Fake profiles are impersonating Elina Ivanova-Atanassov and her community EL WELL, mostly on TikTok. They copy her videos, her photos and her name, then message people privately and ask them to invest money.

These profiles have nothing to do with Elina or her team. EL WELL is a registered trademark, and its use by these accounts is unauthorised. The case has been reported to TikTok and to the Cybercrime Directorate of Bulgaria's General Directorate for Combating Organised Crime (GDBOP).

What the scammers do, and Elina never does

Elina's books, courses and products are sold only through official websites with a secure checkout, linked from this site. Paying there is safe. Sending money because someone asked you to in a chat is not.

There is no official EL WELL or Elina Ivanova-Atanassov channel on Telegram.

How the scam works

  1. A TikTok profile with a name almost identical to @elwell.tok copies Elina's videos and photos and buys thousands of followers to look real.
  2. It writes to people privately, wins their trust and asks for their phone number.
  3. The conversation moves to Telegram or WhatsApp, where “Elina” offers trading with returns such as “€2,500 in 24 hours from €100”.
  4. People are asked to deposit money to Revolut or a “trading platform”. Once the money is sent, the contact disappears.

This is happening right now, and new fake profiles keep appearing. If you see this pattern, it is a scam.

Not sure who you are talking to? Write to office@princeps.bg and we will confirm.

Known fake accounts

These are some of the impersonating accounts reported so far. New ones keep appearing with similar names.

If an offer sounds too good to be true, it is.

If someone has contacted you

  1. Stop the conversation. Do not send money, documents or account details.
  2. Report and block the profile in the app.
  3. If you have sent money, contact your bank straight away and report it to the police. In Bulgaria, the Cybercrime Directorate accepts reports at cybercrime.bg.
  4. Let us know, so we can add the profile to our reports: office@princeps.bg.

Thank you for looking out for each other. Many of you warned us first.
